Summary: RupeeGate is an automation tool — not a bank, not a payment processor. Creators are responsible for their own transactions. We provide software infrastructure only.

1. What RupeeGate Is

RupeeGate is a workflow automation software tool delivered via a Telegram bot. It enables creators to automate the management of access to their Telegram channels and groups, based on payment confirmation. RupeeGate is not a payment gateway, payment aggregator, escrow service, or financial institution of any kind.

2. What RupeeGate Is Not Responsible For

RupeeGate does not process, hold, transfer, or guarantee any payments. All financial transactions occur directly between buyers and creators. RupeeGate has no involvement in any money movement at any time.

3. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator using RupeeGate, you agree to:

Provide accurate payment information (UPI ID or payment link)
Respond to pending payment approvals in a timely manner
Not use RupeeGate to sell illegal content, services, or access
Comply with all applicable Indian laws and Telegram's Terms of Service
Be solely responsible for all transactions between you and your buyers
Handle refunds and disputes directly with buyers — RupeeGate is not a party to these
Not misrepresent your content, channel, or subscription terms to buyers

4. Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer using RupeeGate, you agree to:

Only submit genuine payment proof for payments actually made
Not attempt to submit false, duplicate, or fabricated payment confirmations
Contact the creator directly for refund or dispute resolution
Understand that access is granted based on the creator's approval

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use RupeeGate to sell or provide access to:

Illegal content of any kind under Indian law
Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
Adult or explicit content without proper age verification
Financial advice, investment tips, or trading signals that violate SEBI regulations
Fraudulent schemes, pyramid schemes, or MLM content
Pirated content, copyrighted material without license
Any content that violates Telegram's Terms of Service

6. RupeeGate Subscription

Creator access to RupeeGate features is governed by subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Elite). Subscription fees are charged to creators for use of the automation software. These fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has started, except where required by law.

7. Refund Policy

Platform subscription refunds: Subscription fees paid to RupeeGate are non-refundable after activation. If you believe there is an error, contact us within 48 hours at support@rupeegate.in.

Creator-to-buyer refunds: RupeeGate is not a party to transactions between creators and buyers. All refund disputes must be resolved directly between the creator and buyer. RupeeGate has no ability to process or facilitate these refunds.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent activity
Have unusually high payment rejection rates
Receive multiple valid complaints from buyers
Violate Telegram's Terms of Service

9. Limitation of Liability

RupeeGate provides this service "as is." We are not liable for:

Any financial loss arising from transactions between creators and buyers
Service interruptions or downtime
Actions of creators or buyers on the platform
Loss of access due to Telegram's own actions or policies

Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced via the bot.
