Plain language summary: RupeeGate is a workflow automation tool. We never touch your money, never store payment credentials, and never sell your data. We only store what's needed to run the service.

1. Who We Are

RupeeGate ("we", "our", "the platform") is a Telegram-based access automation service operated as a software tool. We are not a payment gateway, payment aggregator, or financial institution. Our registered contact: support@rupeegate.in

2. What We Collect

We collect only the minimum data required to operate the service:

Telegram User ID — your permanent Telegram identifier. We use this as your account identity.
Display name — the name you choose during setup. Used only to address you in the bot.
Creator tagline — optional description shown to buyers on your profile.
Payment method value — your UPI ID or payment link (for creators only). Shown to buyers to complete payment. Never stored with any bank credentials.
Payment proof metadata — amount and time submitted by buyers as payment confirmation. Not actual transaction data.
Subscription records — which channel access a buyer has, and when it expires.

3. What We Never Collect

Bank account numbers or credentials
UPI PINs or passwords
Credit or debit card details
Aadhaar, PAN, or government ID
Phone numbers (beyond what Telegram provides)
Location data

4. Money Flow — Important

All payments on RupeeGate are made directly between buyers and creators via UPI. RupeeGate never receives, holds, processes, or transfers any money. We are a workflow tool — like a digital secretary that verifies receipts and manages access doors. We have no access to any funds at any time.

5. How We Use Your Data

To create and manage your account
To automate channel access based on payment confirmation
To send notifications about payment status and subscription expiry
To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
To provide analytics to creators about their own channel performance

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We may share data only:

When required by law or court order
To protect the rights and safety of users
With service providers who help operate our infrastructure (under strict confidentiality)

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@rupeegate.in. Upon verified request, all personal data is deleted within 7 business days.

8. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted database storage, secure server infrastructure, and access controls. Sensitive values (such as payment references) are masked in display. However, no system is 100% secure — please use the platform responsibly.

9. Your Rights

Access: Request a copy of your data
Correction: Update incorrect information via the bot
Deletion: Request complete account deletion
Opt-out: Stop using the service at any time

10. Cookies

Our website (rupeegate.in) uses minimal cookies for basic functionality. The Telegram bot does not use cookies. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

11. Children

RupeeGate is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via the bot. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
